Relocating their corporate facility from San Jose to Livermore posed critical questions for Shea Homes: how do we change our corporate image and maintain our employees at the same time? Their solution was to create a dynamic aesthetic facility, utilizing leading edge products to create an environment that their employees would be excited to work in.

The team of Chamorro Design Group, Lauren Cowan Design Studios and KBM Workspace provided complete architectural and interior design support to Shea Homes to create this creative space. KBM Workspace partnered closely with all members of the team, value adding complete project management, product design and specification for a smooth and successful relocation.
